TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AVC VIAJEROS VIP LLC Version 1.1 · August 2026 By creating an account, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. 1. ACCEPTANCE Access to and use of the AVC Vip app (AVC VIAJEROS VIP LLC) implies full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, you may not use the app. 2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AVC Vip is a digital community for travelers (hotel, apartment, camping, camper, motorhome, car, motorcycle, train or other travel styles). It offers places and AVC Guide, zone chat walls, user contact (Match), marketplace and related features. Some features may require a Premium subscription or Founding Member purchase, as shown in the app and stores. 3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information. False data or impersonation is prohibited. AVC does not request or store phone numbers for normal use. Communication between users takes place through the platform. 4. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA AVC processes data in accordance with the GDPR. Personal data will never be sold to third parties. Phone numbers are never requested or shared between users. Users may request deletion of their account and data at any time. The Privacy Policy is published on ana-vida.com. 5. FOUNDING MEMBER — 500 SPOTS (ONE-TIME PAYMENT) "Founding Member" status (also formerly called Early Adopter) is NOT granted by free registration alone. It belongs to the first 500 people who expressly purchase Founder access via the one-time payment offered in the stores (indicative base price: €50 plus applicable taxes depending on your country and store; the exact amount is what the store shows at purchase). When the 500 Founder spots are gone, that offer ends. Registration remains free; full Premium access is via subscription or, while available, the Founder purchase. 6. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS Download and registration are free. AVC may offer, as available in the stores: a) A 7-day Premium trial, under the stores’ terms. b) Annual Premium subscription: indicative base price €40 plus applicable taxes (exact price and renewal as shown by the store). c) One-time Founding Member purchase (max. 500 spots), as in section 5. Purchases are processed through the stores. Cancellation, renewal and any refunds follow the applicable store’s rules. AVC does not store your full card details. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CLAUSE 7 — “LIFETIME”, AVAILABILITY AND DISCONTINUATION The terms “lifetime”, “for life”, “never pay again” or equivalent, as applied to Founding Members, mean ONLY continuous access during the active commercial lifespan of the AVC Vip application operated by AVC VIAJEROS VIP LLC. They are not an indefinite, irrevocable duty to keep the service forever. If AVC VIAJEROS VIP LLC needs or decides to suspend, modify or close the business or service (for technical, economic, legal or any other reasons), it may do so. Paying for Founder or a subscription does NOT create a debt owed by AVC to the user, nor a credit in the user’s favour, nor a right to indemnification, compensation or refund upon closure, beyond what mandatory applicable law or mandatory store rules require. Upon permanent discontinuation, AVC shall not owe any amount merely because of the closure. AVC does not voluntarily commit to advance notice, data export or read-only mode upon discontinuation; it will only do what is legally mandatory at the time. AVC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is exempt from liability for temporary technical interruptions to the extent permitted by law. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT Users are solely responsible for content they publish. Offensive, illegal, discriminatory or infringing content is prohibited. AVC may remove content and suspend accounts. You may report abusive content; AVC acts diligently (target: 24 hours). 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AVC’s brand, design, code and own content are owned by AVC VIAJEROS VIP LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AVC is not responsible for damages from misuse, user interactions or data loss beyond its control, to the extent permitted by law. 11. MODIFICATIONS AVC may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance when reasonable. Continued use after notice implies acceptance. 12. APPLICABLE LAW These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
